Me and my friends did this all the time in high school. We were very careful and never put any type of paint, shoe polish, or marker on the car. Make posters to stick on the car. We never used toilet paper either, we used paper towels they covered more and you didn't need as much.

**Just be sneaky, and don't get caught**

First of all your parents should treat you like a 8 year old and beat your butt. Then if it was my car I would press charges even if no damage to teach you a lesson. If damage a law suit to recover damages plus any expenses. You could spend a few months reporting to a probation officer and have restrictions. Now do everyone a favor and grow up or at least try.

If you cause damage to their car, of course charges can be pressed. Even doing something that does not cause permanent damage can be filed as malicious mischief in most jurisdictions.

If your actions should delay someone responding to an emergency, you could be held liable for the damages incurred as a result of the delay.

I believe the charges would be "Tampering with a Motor Vehicle", and "Criminal Mischief", possible also thats only if you get caught, do it at 3am in the morning, I wanna see pictures too...

as long as the person doesn't press charges, you should be okay.

i hope it's for a joke and not for retaliation
