What i really am trying to know is whan a couple is having intercourse and the condom braks there is obviosly sperm on the tip, but is there a small hole, or how does it look???

When they break it's very obvious, The whole end breaks.

As these guys say, usually it is very obvious, as the condom will be visibly ripped. However, a condom can split or, as you say, have a small, less noticable hole, so, without wanting to be totally disgusting, the only way to check is to blow it up. If you can inflate the condom without there being air leaking from somewhere, then it is not broke. the best way is to blow it up, tie a knot in it and leave it for half an hour. if it hasn't deflated at all after this time, you can probably assume it has not broken. Gross as that is, if you suspect a condom has broken and its not visible (i.e. a visible tear like the above answers state) then you've gotta blow the condom, regardless of the fact its got sperm inside of it. get him to do it if you like!

It gets completely torn and you will see your penis through the gap. It won't be a tiny hole.
