I believe he said at the end "Oh Father, why have you forsaken me?" right before he died.
now, in a joke, he said "Peter, I can see your house from here"

Wow, lots of people are gaming for points here aren't they! There are also a lot of people who know what they're talking about- Thank God, listen to those who know, be discerning!
Jesus said a couple of things while on the cross
"My God, My God, why have you forsaken me?" Matthew 27:46
and Mark 15:34
"Father forgive them for they know not what they do" Luke 23:34
and speaking to one of the men next to him on the cross he said "I tell you the truth, today you will be with me in paradise" Luke 23:43
Speaking to John and his Mother Jesus said "Dear woman, here is your son" and "Here is your mother" John 19: 26 and 27
"I am thirsty" John 19:28
"It is finished" John 19:30
That covers what the Gospels say about what Jesus said. Hope that answers your question. Please feel free to e-mail me if you have any other questions, if I don't know the answer, I'll pray and ask others to find it for you! Keep seeking God for he tells us that if we seek Him, we shall find Him, if we knock the door shall be opened. God Bless!

He talked to the two criminals he was slung up with. Jesus told one of them that He was ascending to heaven and the guy could go with Him. The other criminal yelled at Him and asked why He didn't save them all, and Jesus tried to explain it to him. I haven't read the Passion since the Sunday before Easter (my church does a reading with assigned parts every year) so maybe go to the Bible and read it there. I'm not exactly sure which gospel has the best documentation of this, but I do know Mark was written first, so maybe start there.

The first thing he said was" My God, My God, why have you forsaken me?" He said this when he took the whole of sin on him and God had to turn his face from him because he could not look on sin. It was a cry of human anguish. The second thing he said was "I thirst" a Roman soldier gave him soured wine to drink , the third thing was a prayer for the people who crucified him"Forgive them Father for they know not what they do." and the last thing he said before he died was "It is finished" which he said when he gave up his spirit. He said some other things that are probably less notable, He spoke to the Apostle John and said "Son behold your mother, mother behold your son." which was his way of telling John to take care of his earthly mother and for her to accept John as a son. He also told the thief on the cross next to him that believed he was the Lord that "Today you will be with me in paradise."

"Ouchie. Now THAT'S gonna leave a mark!"
I can only imagine the mutterings under his breath.
Best Wishes!
EDIT ADDENDUM (to add a somber note and greater meaning into the death of this man and a few other things I've questioned in the past):
"Today the new morality is offended by a God who condemned all humanity to eternal torture for the sin of seeking enlightenment, then changed his mind and decided to forgive some of the sinners, provided they ate the flesh and blood of his Son, who was also the Divine Father in human form, sent to earth for the express purpose of being sacrificed to himself, an allegedly loving Father who decreed his Son's painful slaying, then punished those who carried out his order. This bloodthirsty Son-killing or self-killing Father, who was one but also three; who professed to want good, but created evil; who pretended to love his mortal children while preparing for them a hell sadistic beyond belief; who ordained all things in advance, yet held humans entirely responsible for the errors he knew they would make; who talked of love and ruled by fear..."

Matthew 27:46 "About the ninth hour Jesus called out with a loud voice, saying: “E´li, E´li, la´ma sa·bach·tha´ni?” that is, “My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?”"
Luke 23:39 "But one of the hung evildoers began to say abusively to him: “You are the Christ, are you not? Save yourself and us.” 40 In reply the other rebuked him and said: “Do you not fear God at all, now that you are in the same judgment? 41 And we, indeed, justly so, for we are receiving in full what we deserve for things we did; but this [man] did nothing out of the way.” 42 And he went on to say: “Jesus, remember me when you get into your kingdom.” 43 And he said to him: “Truly I tell you today, You will be with me in Paradise.”"
46 And Jesus called with a loud voice and said: “Father, into your hands I entrust my spirit.” When he had said this, he expired."
John 19:26 "Therefore Jesus, seeing his mother and the disciple whom he loved standing by, said to his mother: “Woman, see! Your son!” 27 Next he said to the disciple: “See! Your mother!” And from that hour on the disciple took her to his own home."
He also said, "I am thirsty."

Yes.
Matthew 27:46 (KJV) tells us, "And about the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice, saying, Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani? that is to say, My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?"
‘John 19:26-27 (NKJV)Woman, behold your son!’ Then He said to the disciple, "Behold your mother!" And from that hour that disciple took her to his own home."
In John 19:28 Jesus said, "I thirst."
Psalms verses 19-20 "But thou, O Lord, be not far off! O thou my help, hasten to my aid! Deliver my soul from the sword, my life from the power of the dog!"
(Luke 23:46 NKJV), "Father, into Your hands I commit My spirit."

No offence
I still wonder what Christians have in their mind when they realized that their god is hanged on the cross. Happy and leaving him as he is since they think that it's the only way to gain everlasting covenant ? Confused since their god is hopeless against ancient Roman soldiers that capture and hang him on the cross ? Or maybe they feel regret since they should be the ones who hanged their own god instead of Roman soldiers ?

Jesus told on of the theives on a cross next to him that the thief would join him in heaven when he died. Jesus cried out forgiveness for those who did not know his true identity. Jesus cried out to his father when that presence was denied him, "Eloi, Eloi, lama sabachthani?", which means My GOD, My God, why have you forsaken me?.
