I guess everything counts....
but if is not good at the end, nothing matters at all...
it depends alot on where the woman is coming from, what I mean is she coming from a recent break up, or not???...
when I said everything counts, it means that everylittle thing can affect it for good or bad...coming from a recent break up or not
somethings will help for good if u do all the work that a woman would need the first time with a man...
low lights and little drink will inhibited and relax any woman to be in the mood...if she is relax u can give her a little massage either in her neck or feet...and stop as soon as she gives any sign of boredom....then pretend that ur not attention is not on her for a while...
If ur trying to do this and she has a resentment towards you for any reason; dont even try it...unless she is an easy lover...
After all those little outside tips are taken care; Ill suggest u start standinding behind her very subtible, making believe ur looking at something near her ears and breathing hard.

An best present might be if we might simply spend a beautiful weekend someplace cool. He works so rough and cash has been tight, however I'd like to spend one weekend, simply he and I being lovebirds the best way we was once.

i defiantly think it matters because ur 1st time wit a new person is still ur 1st time... i think after a nice dat maybe somewhere on the beach and dinner with candles and all dat good stuff...then the lady invites him up for a nightcap and then we all knw wat happens from then on kissin and clothes comin off i think that it should be a really romantic evening and u should not regret it when u wake up the next morning....

For me, important ingredient is the stuff that's unsaid, the nervousness of it all. Building up to it slowly. If the man is too pushy, it messes it all up.
