Exactly--there are rude people all over the place, every single day. They don't turn nice when they're on Yahoo answers, unfortunately.
Greg, you're missing the point. There's poking fun at a silly question and then there's mocking the person or being outright cruel. If you can't tell the difference, then this question is about people like you.

'And in the hole universe' YOU TELL THEM ALYAMED! And you are right JJ as if we are talking about them but they are not really rude...they are just in need of an answer.
There is a whole universe of people out there thirsting for knowledge and answers, a cacophony of answers. Who better than we the enlightened, the bored, the 'Know it all' "The Kind in Spirit" to provide these answers?...and we get various forms of satisfaction from answering these questions. Some of us get an evil sense of satisfaction knowing others are not as emotionally stable as US, some of US get our "Jollies" knowing WE answered a question no one else knew the answere to, some of US get that warm "Fuzzy" feeling that we get when WE do something nice for someone. But ME (after reading the answers) feel good about this human race, all you willing to take time out of your life to help these 'rude people in yahoo' get an answere.

Actually I don't find anyone rude in answering. It's really funny as people get to give their opinion regardless if the answer gets heated or not. I just love it and think it's the most fun place to spend an hour to vent your inner feelings.it's good for people to do this.It's not called anger it's called being your true self.

That is just the way they are. No regard for anyone elses feelings or viewpoints. Just so self centered, they think they all know the answers, but in actuality, are ignorant, rude, self centered.

That's life. Some people are always on the defensive. It's psychological, they may see something that isn't directly related to them but may be indirectly related so they then react as if they were being spoken to.
Just ignore them

because they don't understand that the world hasn't conformed to their ways of living, and they want to try to brainwash everyone. they think that if they scare people by being rude, that will stop the differences.
some people just do it because their insecurities lead them to make fun of other people. they do things like ask "why do people ask stupid questions" hello...wasn't that a stupid question?

Because people have been rude to them, i always say if im not gonna say anything nice or helpful then i wont say anything at all. i dunno that;s just me, it's like , why be rude to someone that you cant even see or know? but im hardly ever rude, only to ignorant people.

I agree that it is universal. There are just those who like to make other people angry, like to start a fight or insult/hurt others to draw attention to themselves.

because they don't have a sense of humor, which why the best we can do is to torture them with horrible questions and mock them for being so ultra serious
