Your father's cousin would be your second cousin or a first cousin once removed. Your father's cousin's kids would be your third cousin.

He would be your cousin. Your father and the dad are cousins which makes him your second cousin. Your father is your father and his cousin's kids would be your immediate cousins and HE would be YOUR second cousin. It goes backward. My immediate cousin has 2 kids. They, in turn are my second cousins. See?
