There is one in Dupont Circle called Pleasure Palace on Connecticut. I'm assuming that when you mean "classy" you mean that you don't feel awkward walking into the store because of creepy people loitering around it. This place in Dupont is a local landmark... so you won't feel weird walking in....

There is one in Tysons corner just past the car dealerships in the mini-mall on the right hand side of the road. IN DC itself, not sure but probably a lot in the NE and SE.
