John and Paul had a grand idea, but alas it is only a song. There are many things that we all need with love being one of the most important. However; we also need structure in our lives, family, jobs, education, friends, and many other things to numerous to mention. So this getting old really blows as you start to realize that fantasies are not realities and that we do not only need love in our lives.

I believe so. In my life, the more I love people around me the more I am able to forgive, and the more I forgive the better I feel. I think if you love with all your heart, there would be no room for strife, malice, jealousy and so forth. I have learned the less I consintrate on that crap and let love flow through me, the better I am as a person. I treat people better, I treat myself better, and I'm a nicer person to be around. And people notice things like that. So I say yes, love is really all we need.

I believe that love is important and makes us as individuals feel happy and important. When your loved you have this overwhelming feeling of belonging and safeness. Love is an emotion that is cherished and from the heart. when loved or loving someone, you have that inner piece of acceptance knowing that no matter what you have touched someone deeply and have made an impression on them or someone has made you a better person and will never be looked down upon, that they will never forget you and you'll never forget them. That theirs and your love will always matter and nothing can ever change that. Love if a gift to be honoured.

Air, with the right proportions and pressures of nitrogen and oxygen and carbon dioxide and water vapor.
Water, nice fresh water.
Food.
Shelter would be nice -- not too cold, not too hot.
Got all that? Okay, I'm ready for love. But breathing comes first.

No, love is merely a form of guidance and stability but not an asset...

Unfortunately you can't pay for things (food, water, shelter) with love.
