My German is rather poor but I understood this:
The girl's name is Stefanie and she's 16. In few days she will become amother of 2 babies, twins. Her two friends, Angelina and Steffi, visit her, still at the house. She hsan't been to school for a month now. They say that after summer vacations it became clear that she's pregnant. Her mother went with her to a doctor; she was shoscked and thought at first "Oh God, no; still so young and the school...".
The girl say something that she couldn't decide to get rid of the babies. The father of the babies is 18 but he didn't show up. It was the girl's first time. At first, she didn't want to have sex, but then she agreed.
In the shop she buys some things for the babies she is obliged to have with her at the hospital.
The guy she's pregnant with has got a new girlfriend now.
She was expecting the babies at the end of January but had to go to hospital earlier (at the beginning of January). She had 2 boys without any complications.
I hope this helps. Sorry for any mistakes. I'm neither English, nor German native speaker - I just learned it at school.
