First of all, why are you allowing your 21 year old son to date a 16-year old? Why are you allowing her to stay the night? Why are you allowing your son to continue living with you? He is 21 after all.
Do you realize that you are the parent and he is the child? Tell him he is not allowed to see her and live under your roof. He will be angry and storm out.
But after reality of paying your own bills kicks him in the butt, he will come to his senses. If not, remember, these are his mistakes to make, you can coddle him for only so long. He will have to deal with the consquences.

Why is your 21 year old son allowed to have sex with somebody he's not married to whether they are underage or not in YOUR house? Don't you think thats a bit stupid on your part? If this girl decides to press charges (statutory rape), or her mother does you and your son can get into trouble. Your son may be an adult, but he's not yet out on his own obviously...he can't take care of himself OR anyone else that may come along (have you thought about these girls getting pregnant under your roof?) If he doesn't like it...he can move out and get his own place. He's asking for it anyhow by being so irresponsible with his descisions. He can have sex all he wants but a smart parent would tell their children that it won't happen on their watch. Let him go pay for a hotel room or something, that way when his actions come back to bite him in the *** he can't point his finger at you and tell you that it's your fault, which most irresponsible young "adults" will do today. If I were you I'd put my foot down and make a new rule about him and his sexual conquests before they land you both in jail or paying a HUGE fine. Seriously, think.

I'm at a loss as to why you'd even let this happen!! You knew that she was there and you let her stay??Turn the tables..would you let your 16 year old daughter stay at a house where you knew that his mother was letting them do god only knows what? And most parents know and fear what they are doing. You need a course in Parenting 101.
You've made a mistake but you can also change what happens from here on out. Lay down the law in your home that she is not allowed to stay over and vice versa! Your son is going to end up being attached to a girl that is16 years old with his baby. That is always a disaster!!!! Be a good mom and set some rules. Possibly end that relationship by getting the girls parents involved. They prob don't know his age!

So many issues here....21...16....where is his mental frame of mind??? Is he wanting to go to Prom again??? Then you knowing that the GIRL is 16, why would you allow her to spend the night at your house with your grown son??? At 16 why is she being allowed to spend the night over grown mens moms houses? This is a perfect example of why everyone shouldn't be allowed to raise kids. That lil girl need her fast tailed behind whooped and your son needs a reality check slap in the face that he is an adult and that he needs to stop combing the playground for dates. And another thing, were they sleeping together or having sex??? If it was in fact sex, you layed there and listened and didn't tap on the wall to intervene? Text message him or something next time. This weirds me out even thinking that you were laying there while a crime was being committed. Yes, if they were having intercourse that was a crime. In most civilized states a 16 year old is not a consenting adult, therefore statutory laws do apply. But obviously you don't care too much about his freedom as you listened and ultimately condoned this behavior.

Your son committed a felony last night!!! If that girls parents find out and decide to do so, your son could be facing felony statutory rape charges and prison time. You need to get ahold of this situation right now, girl. Talk to him or them and let him know that he could be in the process of ruining his life. A 21 yr old male dating a 16 yr old is not morally wrong, they're both consenting young adults, but it is illegal. Put a stop to it before it's too late.

first of all I think a girl of 16 is of legal consent. Secondly girls are more mature than boys so the age difference of 5 yrs might not be so bad. It doesn't matter what you do...they are going to do what they want anyways so my best advice would be to tell my son to make sure he didn't do anything stupid because 5 minutes of pleasure could end up costing you the rest of your life. Most kids today are more careful and cautious with all the birth control methods out there. I don't think your son is stupid mom...If you brought him up right he won't do anything wrong.

Hmm.. call 911 and report it! be a good citizen! lol jk.. ahhh puppy love.. but 21 to 16 is kind of out there. if it were 18 to 16 that would be more acceptable. Tell your son to go find a girl his age, and become independent, and get up on out of the house.

first of all you dont have to let her sleep at YOUR house if you dont like it. It is ur house and ur rules no matter how old your son is. And i think you should talk to her parents. They might not even know about it. Your son might be mad at you for a while but i guess thats better than seeing him in prison for 15 years. Besides if he cares about her that much he will wait 1 year to be with her cuz 17 is leagal.

Your the parent it's your house, don't let her stay overnight at your house. I would also let my son know that if he was going to keep this behavior up then he would need to get his own place. At this point you are an accesory to a crime depending on what the consenting age is in your state. I would also talk to the girl and possibly her parents. Stop this before your son ends up in prison. If they brake up and she gets mad she could easily call the cops on him.

First, I'd examine why you let them sleep together in the same room. Second, I'd say anymore of that and you can find a new place to live. Third, I might tell the girl that you're going to tell her parents what's going on if it happens again.
But that's just me...a strict parent.
