nostradamus was the man

although I cant help but wonder how he could predict so far into the future... the future is mutable. What might have been the future then could have changed into something different since then.

so who knows? does it matter? and why would one want to know the future anyway? it takes all the fun out of life

A cheap knock off of te Book of Revelations, and not a good one at that.

I think he was a philosopher who wrote for his own enjoyment. People read into what he wrote what they want to see. All of his "predictions" are vague. His writings are interesting, though.
