Im in collage during the summer, no too many around but a few. I have no classes, but i do see cute girls in the canteen and libabary. Can anyone tell me is it normal to meet girls that way, and if so do you do it by making eyes with here, or should you just approach?-any other ideas?
And one other thing, as far as looks go does it matter that much ( im think im ok maybe 6/10 but i have glasses)

Flirting is fun, start to at least convince yourself of that and then just do it. Looks don't really play a big part in flirting because what you really do is present what is there. You're measurements at least say that you're hard to overlook so that should make it all the easier.

Do it once an you'll be confident to do it again. I think that's what girls like, the confidence. Oh and don't eat anythin in the canteen wit garlic or leaves that can get stuck between the teeth. They like eye contact and a nice smile apparantly. As for the glasses, it's all in the way you wear em. Don't go out with big goofy frames that cover your face. When I have to wear my glasses, they're light, rimless and I also paid extra to get the thinner lenses. Glasses can be an in thing.
And remember, confidence.

just judging by your attitude you need to be more self-confident to start with. Self-confidence makes even the geekiest man look like a stud to women. After fixing yourself then you can start approaching ladies. Remeber that you cant get other to like you before you get yourself to do so. And after you take care of that you can go see the girls and just be casual and simple and most important be you.

Make some interesting small talk and try to make new female friends. Being naturally funny helps too. Any guy can get a nice looking girl if they know how to talk to them.
