Ankle weights would be helpful, because you use your abs and your gluts when you lift your leg to take a step. But that isn't going to do anything for your upper body. Unfortunately, wearing wrist weights all day would do harmful things to your elbow and your shoulder joints. These are not regular joints, like the ball and socket of a hip joint, and they are very easily strained, just by simple moves like reaching forward to take hold of something. If you don't want to do workouts, rather than load yourself up with weights all day, take a half an hour and go for a brisk walk wearing your wrist and ankle weights. You could even put on a backpack with a few pounds in it. That way you could get in a good workout, without straining anything.
Most of us don't like to do workouts, but the secret is finding something that you do enjoy doing. Then it no longer becomes a chore, but something you look forward to. Have you tried cycling? paddling? swimming? aerobics? etc.etc.etc. There are so many different kinds of activities that there must be one you would enjoy. Fencing was my favorite. It's a great conditioner and good for your mental health as well. There's something that is such swashbuckling fun about surging up and down the piste!
Good luck

It would be a mild form of resistance. I wear 2 lb wrist weights when I walk the dogs, and the back and forth motion plus having the wrists with weights on helps.

Well from personal experience, i went on a diet and as i lost weight i would add weight by wearing leg weights and carrying hand weights when i walker to let my bod think i was still heavy to burn more calories...So give it a try. not all day though. it could put strain on your muscles and cause tearing...Not too sure, but you never know

NO, it is too straining on your upper extremities and virtually useless on your legs. Just park really far away every time and walk really fast like you are late for a bus. You will be amazed at how much time you will save by parking far away instead of circling for that close spot.

How approximately instead you tell somebody you do no longer desire to test? this is going to likely be plenty much less painful. i won't be in a position of think of your father and mom would be too upset which you probably did no longer attempt out for a stupid interest like volleyball.

I didn't know so I tried it. I lacked the proper equipment, so I duct-taped four antique 10-lb flat irons to my extremities. I found it quite difficult to conduct routine daily activities, such as cooking, going to the bathroom, and even walking the dog. I would not recommend this method.

No...chances are you'd strain both your wrists and ankles...and they don't offer enough resistance during everyday movement to burn enough additional calories to make much of a difference...

I'm sure it's a form of exercise just not sure how effective it could be for you. Try it for a month and check for a difference that way you'll know if it's working for you.
Good luck.

It would be more of a starting point if you don't normally exercise i'd say.
The best thing i can advise regarding exercise is to try some diffferent sports and things and find one you enjoy. It doesn't feel like work if you find one you love!

I don't care for exercise either in all honesty. I crank some good dance music and just dance my little heart out. It's great cardio.
