I am the freezer meal queen! I'm not pregnant, but I do have a 12 month old and a 28 month old, and once a month I STILL make stuff up and freeze it for during the week when I get home from work.
The three things I make most often are lasagna, chicken pot pie, and meat loaf and put them in the disposable foil pans. Any recipe should work, but make sure you cover them well and DON'T bake them before you freeze them. I have great recipes for all three, so if you want them, send me a message and I'll be glad to send them to you. :)

This is not about baby food but yours right? But this is also for the baby, just give it a whirl in the blender.
Anything goes. Ask family to make and freeze some as a 'birthday gift' They 'd be happy to come with an original present.
Be sure to freeze dish portions. It is for convenience right? Pop them on a plate and into the microwave. May look like a lot of work but if you have a decent size freezer you will thank me later.
Favorites are. Boneless chicken with rice and peas.
Mild Chilly (salad on the side is nice but don't freeze that)
Mashed potato's Pork chops and Brussels sprouts. Easy on the pork for the baby, should be 1 year before really trying to eat meat like that.
It may surprise you but baby will LOVE black olives. Keep a jar handy.

Hrm...you could make some lasagnas to freeze. I know this involves using the oven to bake it, but it would be SO easy for her to do. She can just sit in the cool living room while the lasagna cooks! Seriously, just make up a regular lasagna recipe like you would make any day of the week, and put it in those disposable foil baking dishes. Cover tighly with aluminum foil and stick in the freezer. She can take them out of the freezer the night before and let defrost in the fridge then bake that night as usual. Like I said, I know this involves using the oven, but she won't have to be in the kitchen with it while it cooks, because it's already made up! This works equally well with chicken pot pie and meat loaf...they all freeze beautifully (do NOT bake them first).

Hi,
going on experience , i would go with some stewed vegetables / fruits and liquidised them , maybe as the baby gets older try something more like casserole, but also liquidised. Just be careful on how long you keep things in the freezer and try use bottled water with a low sodium content rather than tap water!
