Well, you can check http://www.bestplaces.net but I don't think they have anything regarding actual attendance.

run a search using Church, denomination,the name of the town and state. Then with that list do a search for individual church websites. Most churches are under .org which is the non-profit url. Most Churches depending on the dedication of the church secretary will list their weekly attendence; if not, look for their telephone number and call them.
