Do you include the outdoor pets we have, like all the hummingbirds we feed on a daily basis? And the other "fine-feathered" birds too. And the "wild" rabbits that come to eat some of the birdseed that the birds don't eat but kick to the ground. If you include all those, which we have to buy the food for and the bird feeders, etc., we have around 75 to 100 outdoor pets, and then we have our 4 dogs and 7 or 8 caged, indoor birds. It's fun spoiling the outdoor animals so much that they come around every year in big numbers, and they know, and we know, that they "belong" to us, as do our fenced in dogs or caged indoor birds. I never knew "pets" could include free ones that come and go as a regular part of their annual migration, but always come back to the same place. Our place. Thanks for asking. Sometimes we forget just how much God has blessed us with the numbers of pets He has given us. God Bless you.
