A lot of things will be bad because you are not supposed to refreeze them. The old saying goes "When in doubt, throw it out" and if you are pregnant, this goes double.
I would say all breads and veggies are ok, but meat/fish/chicken, no way.
Better safe than sorry!!!

Just generally speaking chicken is good for about 1 & 1/2 days unfrozen, beef 2-3 days, and bread will last a month or more unfrozen if its not in a warm place.
Also, If it dont look right or smell right then throw it out .. its not worth taking the risk, it wil cost you more in time and money to be treated for food posioning then it will to buy new food.

If in doubt - throw it away.
BUT if the meats are still cold, cook them and then refreeze after cooking. You can defrost and season as you want later on. They won't taste as wonderful as cooked fresh, but it will be better than throwing everything away.
Vegis, unfortunately, must be cooked and placed in refrigerator and eaten within the next few days.
Ice Cream, etc -- throw away.
Good luck, but BE SAFE.

No it is not safe to use or refreeze. Food poisoning grows on food very quickly. Even though it was still cold it was exposed to room temp. for two days and fish and chicken are the biggest carriers of food piosoning. So for you and your baby's health please do not eat it. I know how expensive it is and how tight money can be I have two children myself. I would hav done the same thing had my job not required my to get my natioal food safty certification. So based on that I would not eat it.

Hey there, just to be on the safe side, especially since you are pregnant, I would throw it out. You can always buy meat in bulk at costco. =) Good luck with your pregnancy!

I would throw everything away-- it won't cost near as much to buy more food as if you eat it & get sick & have to go to the hospital for food poisoning
