Okay. The secret to shiny hair is UNBROKEN,UNDAMAGED hair.Healthy hair is solid with no frays.Damaged hair is like a sticker...has edges.Get your hair cut every 6 weeks to remove the damaged ends. The healthy hair will then lay straight and light will reflect on the hair better.Use a Ceramic flat iron in the meantime. That will flatten the damaged hair and make it appear to be healthy.Ceramic though not metal. The metal one will continue to damage the hair. When using the serums you spoke of,never apply at the scalp.Use them down about two inches then apply to the end.Less is more. Stay clear of Pantene. It adds WAX.It will make coloring or highlighting your hair more difficult.Use a clarifying shampoo every week if you do chose to use Pantene,or before you go color or highlight your hair. When in doubt, always ask a hair specialist at your local favorite salon.

If you've treated your hair, it needs repair. There's nothing wrong with a trim, either. If you've used a lot of products, chances are you have a lot of build-up in your hair. The build-up is usually from wax (paraben, parafin) in the products. This attracts dirt and grime. You'll need to use a chelation to "strip" it and start over with another dye job. Baking soda helps, but so does Paul Mitchell's tea tree oil shampoo cleanser. I like KMS products for hair repair. Any heat activated shampoos and heat-activated oil treatments help. There is also a hair spray out there that is just for adding shine. I can't remember the name of it, but you can find it in drug stores.
Good luck.

Try a clear gloss treatment. You can get these at the salon or at home, Clairol has a new one out called Shine Happy.
Other than that, just take care of your hair. Try not to blowdry and if you do heat style, use a heat-protectant spray (Tresemme makes a good one that's really cheap). Use a deep-conditioner once a week...regular old olive oil from your kitchen is great.

Here's some steps that could help:
Towel dry your hair.
Apply LiquidGlass, working through your hair.
Blow dry with a round or paddle brush to transform curly, coarse or dry hair to soft, silky straight and shiny hair.

Don't wash your hair every day so that the natural oils can accumulate and rinse hair in cold water it creates a shine. A good quality straighting iron will help style.

Nothing will help. They have professional stylists who charge thousands to make them look like that.
I would say get a shampoo with no dyes, perfumes etc. And something for super oily hair. (Dove is good)

There is something called "hair polish"...I think L'oreal makes it. It is used like hair gel...just apply it like regular gel, brush a few times and it gets super shiny!!! I used to use it when I straightened my hair as it always looked so dull...that perked it right up!

If you blow dry or iron your hair, try something that's heat-activated like Thermasilk. Also try ceramic tools- like a ceramic straightener. It smooths the hair nicely and makes it all shiny!

I think they use hair straighteners to get that silky look. Ceramic ones are best.
