Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. For someone you might think is ugly, there is another who thinks that same person is beautiful. There are no countries with ugly people, only ugly thoughts.

It would have to be the country that does the worst in the Miss Universe contests.
France hasn't won in 53 years and with a population of over 60 million, they have enough woman to choose from.
China has a population of 1 billion. They have only been in the contest for 4 years now though. They had better win quickly though or they will be a good candidate for ugliest women.
I have been to both China and Taiwan. Why are Taiwanese woman so beautiful and Chinese woman so ugly?
I have been to both France and Switzerland. Why are Swiss women so beautiful and French women so ugly?

I have travelled quite a bit, and there are ugly people everywhere. Ugly in the sense that they can be bitter, racist, uncaring, evil, inhuman.... I could go on!
But if you meant ugly as in looks.... no one is truely ugly, beauty is in the eye of the beholder And everyone has a different perspective. By propogating the idea that a country is ugly you would be doing the same as mags and websites that say you must be tall and slim etc to be a beauty... and by answering the question with a country name, you are associating ugly with a regime or a misplaced view of a place and not the people who live there!

Why would anyone even think there is a country with the ugliest people....Did I see Africa as one continent with the ugliest people???? You who said that must be the Ugliest person in the Universe, because there is no such think as "Africa" being a country...it is a continent.....Well....Every county has ungly people and nice looking people....there is no country with the ugliest people...
