Should? or Could? The bible has no rules for PRIESTS except in the Levitical priesthood and that was very clearly reserved for MEN only. However Christian Ministry is a different servant. Woman can serve just as Effectively as men in almost every aspect of Christian Ministry and even more effectively than men in some. The bible has specific Restrictions to CERTAIN ministries but not for the role that we traditionally call Minister or Priest. I think it really is up to the Leadership and the person being called.
As far as pauls letter to timothy there are times when Paul admits that what he is writing is PERSONAL bias and May not be correct at all times he always lets us know when it is personal bias by saying things like "I would" or "I prefer" and not insisting on it by saying things like "God would" or "God Says" A great example of this is when he says Men should not get married. Well if we had followed that advice then there would be NO second generation of christians. Paul makes it clear this is NOT a word from God just his personal opinion, and therefore was ignored as needed.

This depends on how you define these terms. There is no Biblical office of "Priest" except in the Jewish traditions. We are all "ministers" to someone.
Assuming you mean taking a leadership role in the church as a Pastor, I do not believe women should hold these roles as the Scriptures plainly state the Pastorate is a man's role.
In 1 Ti. 3:12 it states that the women are to learn, not to teach or usurp authority over men. The position of authority has been given to men.
In 1 Ti. 3:2 it states that the Bishop (i.e. Pastor, Reverend, etc.) is to be the husband of a wife. 3:4-5 states that he has to rule his own household or he cannot rule the house of God (Ephesians 5:23 states that the husband is the head of the household).
Now, these do not mean that women are lesser than men or anything of that nature; it is just God's ordained line of authority. In the military, enlisted personnel answer to officers. The officers are not better people or more worthy; it is just the order of authority.
Women are provided positions to teach other women and children through women's ministries and schools.

In the context of the church, I believe that women should not teach men, be ministers or priests with authority over men, but that they may be allowed to teach children and other women . my basis for this is Paul's first letter to Timothy. 2:12,13
I permit no woman to teach or to have authority over a man;she is to keep silent. For Adam was formed first, then Eve; and Adam was not deceived, but the woman was deceived and became a transgressor.
Paul did not base this on culture but the order God set up in the very beginning. Adam was to be the head and when Eve decided to make a decision without him she failed.
How ever I think that women should teach women. How can a man teach a woman to be a Godly woman? Paul also said Likewise, tell the older women to be reverent in behavior, not to be slanderers or slaves to drink; they are to teach what is good, 4 so that they may encourage the young women to love their husbands, to love their children, 5 to be self-controlled, chaste, good managers of the household, kind, being submissive to their husbands, so that the word of God may not be discredited. Titus 2:3-5
I, in no way ,believe that men are more superior to or smarter than women, I believe that women have just as much to contribute as men and that their contributions are just as important and valid, its just that these roles are different. I believe God has set things in order and we should follow them.

The answer lies in one of Paul's letter to Timothy. Although Paul wrote it, it was inspired by God Himself. It says, Let your women be silent in church, for I would not have a woman tell a man what to do. It's there, look it up..

We have enough to do....
Why do women want to do everything? Our lives are hard enough, don't put any more pressure on us.
Most men can focus on one thing, that's why they're good hunters. Women are multitaskers. The men are better at leading because they can just focus on that. It's very important. Women feel like they have to do everything, lets just let them keep it!
