it's a lovely place and has a great caravan site nearby. central for exploring - personally think Broadstairs is better.

Howletts Zoo, Canterbury Tales, the old narrow streets, Norman Cathedral, The Sugar Boy sweet shop. Not much else, but it is a good central location to visit the rest of east Kent. Close to Whitstable and Herne Bay, within easy reach of Dover, Margate, Ramsgate, Broadstairs and Deal.
