I had a baby 3 months ago and I want to start losing some weight, but I don't have too much time to hit the gym now and I would like to at least lose some before I actually start my plan. Any suggestions and stories??

Fasting won't get you anywhere.....I used Weight Watchers after I had all my kids and found myself obese...(GROSS!) So I lost 125 in about 16 months and its all stayed off, since I learned portion control. I am still about 20 lbs heavier than before having any kids at all...but my hub prefers me this way..so its all good..

I wouldn't fast it slows down the metabolism so that when you do eat again, you gain weight back fast. Try eating five small meals a day, this helps speed the metabolism up. Being a new mom you could grab something simple like an apple or a cereal bar. Good Luck

The BEST way to solve this is to eat 6-8 small heathy meals/snacks over the course of the day. You wont be hungry and your metabolism will always be working for you. You also need to do 30 mins of moderate to vigorous exercise a day and that will raise your metabolism as well. I do aerobics to music I like.
Stay away from junk food, soda and white bread.

use the freezer to add some extra oomph to summer foods freeze grapes for some bite sized delights or get a popsicle mold and freeze some greek yogurt with berries

fasting is not good for you and you should not do it ! i did try it and lost 5 pounds in two days but then i gained it right back . i think you should start out with simple excerise such as walking .
