Because main stream energy drinks have alot of caffeine and sugar. These two ingredients counter-act against each other causing you to get that short energy boost, but then cause you to crash. You should try XS energy drinks, they are sugar free, some are every caffeine free. They are by far the best energy drinks on the market. They give you natural energy because they have 4900% B12 vitamin. This is the natural energy boosting vitamin. You get the energy boost but without the crash. I work overnights and in an 10 hour shift I drink about 1 every 5 hours and I am wide awake the whole night. If your interested in trying some XS drinks contact me and I can hook you up. You can't buy them in stores only online and they are the second largest energy drink in the marketplace.

Try drinking water when your tired. Caffeine eventually crashes you and carbonation is known for making people feel tired when they drink it. Water actually helps you feel better and more awake. You should also look at what your eating before you crash. Sugar or not eating good will crash you too.
