no one is reading this properly!
hes perfectly happy (well not depressed!) so wouldn't commit suicide and hes perfectly healthy so wouldn't die of old age!
oh and the building one...its a common building you see often!

The 1st riddle, I would agree with others, somewhere like Blackpool Tower or the Eiffel Tower.
The 2nd one is more obvious, insofar as everyone will die eventually. I'm fit and well at the moment (to my knowledge), I've no suicidal tendencies, etc, but like everyone else, I am mortal and will die at sometime. You never said when he'd die, just that he'd die!

the asnswer to the first question could be some sort of a tower like the eiffel tower
for the sencond one...
well if the man is in a field and night is appraoching and he realises he is in a mine field he may feel he will die. becos he wont be able to find his way out safely without steeping on a mine.

a twer yes like blackpoo; tpwer or eiffel tower for the second one i would suggest getting struck by lightning or theres a tractor coming or his legs are stuck and he cant get out of the field. ok idont know.
