Probably because most men dont refer to that function as PooPoo.
And I doubt most men want to wipe thier butts with paper with guy cartoons on it. PooPoo now thats a good one. I can just picture some big ole buffed guy at a gym informing the one in charge that the bathroom is all out of PooPoo paper. Or some construction worker coming out of the bathroom and informing everyone that there is no more PooPoo paper in the john. To funny. Dear dont forget to pick up some PooPoo paper at the store. Oh look they have PooPoo paper on sale with little cartoon guys on it .

You should take your idea and start your own toilet paper company. Just change the name from "PooPoo Paper" to something like "Crap Paper". Sounds more masculine.
