do you think I should go to her house and see if she'll let me in? or do you think I should just wait utnil the next damn day? and what do I say first since I haven't met her yet?

Introduce yourself the next time you see her.
It might be a bit awkward to knock on her door at 8PM when you don't even know her nor have a good reason to knock at 8PM!

Go over and pretend you either need to borrow something, or loosen your cable to your TV so it looks like you're having problems with it and see if she's "having the same problem." Of course, she won't be. But you can introduce yourself. Here's a tip: be nice, and be clean. Take a shower and brush your teeth first. Sorry, but you have to tell some guys.

Sure, make sure you go with a plan play'a really lame just to go over and start stammering about how hot she is. Figure out something to do you never know if she might be thinking the same thing.

Just maybe go over one day, introduce urself. Say im so and so from next door. Talk to her. Get to know her. Then find out if she has a bf, if not, as her on a date. Go from there!

First, how old are you two?
Second, she's nuts if she'd let you in without even knowing you.
Engage her in conversation one day when you see her outdoors...then you can invite her to your house for a soda or drink (or whatever is appropriate for your age) and get to know one another...
...where things go beyond that, is up to you two if you are of consenting age...

Go over and talk to her. Just go and introduce your self and let her know where you live and then ask her out but first try to see if she is seeing anyone.
