Need help with Schedule C - Bankruptcy exemptions?

Question

On the new form you can choose between 11 USC 522(b)(2) and 11 USC 522(b)(3). On the old form it was (1) federal and (2) state but I can figure out what (2) and (3) is. I need to file state exemptions. Please help!

I haven't had much dealing with BK's, but you might go to the free site I've listed, click on forums and then go to the bankruptcy forum and do some reading.
