I would want to be horseradish because it's spicy and it has a kick to it. It emblazons certain dishses nicely as well.

I make a little homeade sauce that is good with anything. That would be me, I guess. It's a combination of 1 cup of ranch, a quarter cup of barbecue sauce, half a cup of mayo, some chopped green onion and peppers, and a few dashes of tobasco. Good stuff maynard

Aw, you picked the BEST! Well, if I HAVE to go with second best, I would be a creamy, cheesy, thick white sauce for pasta -- and the only reason I say that is because I make a horrible white sauce, no matter how hard I try....
