It depends. Everyone is different. I have found something that several different people have tried. These people range in age, wight and body type. The process takes about 16 days but I had amazing results! I had just a few pounds (like 10) that I never seemed to be able to lose with diet and exercise. I felt like I tried everything. Then a friend told me about this amazing natural product by Yerba Prima. It is called Women's Internal Cleanse. It says exactly what it does in the title! Not only did I lose almost 20lbs, I feel great, I have more energy, I get better sleep and I was also suffering from adult acne that went away! You can order it online at yerbaprima.com or vitaminshoppe.com. I know eat foods that I want and am not so strict. I had no idea, but your stomach and intestines store between 6-8 meals for the average person at any given time. This cleans all of that out without having to exercise and diet strictly! Best product I swear on the market!

The best way to loose weight and keep it off for good is to loose it slowly. A pound a week would be a good rate.
However, if you change your eating habits to be much healthier and increase your exercise intensity you can loose weight a little faster.
I suggest that you think in terms of your health when altering your diet to loose weight.
Eats lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains only (no white bread), lower fat intake, no greasy or fried foods, no junk food, no sodas.
Lean meat and salads are good but with very little dressing. If you are a growing teen then you need to be drinking milk.
Beans and brown rice is very healthy as long as it is not high in fat.
You will need to think in terms of making these dietary habits as life long changes or you will gain the weight back.

using healthy weight loss techniques (healthy diet and exercise) you should safely lose no MORE than 1 - 2 pounds per WEEK.

It's different for everyone. Depends on the amount of calories you're consuming to the amount you're burning. Could be steady or it could be rapid.

a lot of people say the best, safest rate it 2lbs per month. I have always put it at 5lbs per month. but i am young, and eat very strictly. it's really what your doctor or at least you are comfortable with and are not killing yourself to obtain.
