More then likely you have a very bad infection or the tooth is still coming in. If you cant afford a dentist. Put a dry tea bag in between the gum and jaw and leave it in for about 15 minutes. The tea will kill the pain as well as cause the infection to come out in a day or so. Just don't bite down on the tea bag. That would be awful.

the probable cause is the excessive brushing on that side combined with the wrong tehnique on brushing for u. by doing that, u allowed microorganismes to enter in your periodontal space where they determine an inflamatory reaction.
i advise u to not brush that area for almost a week. meanwhile, u must use mouthwash based on clorhexidyne, like Corsodyl. it's the best for your problem, but attention: not more than 21 days, 2 times/day. it's a medical treatment and should be under doctor's aproval. i'm dental student

It sounds like you have an infected tooth. Go see a dentist right away.
You will need to take antibiotics else a tooth infection can travel to your heart nad cause some damage there.

That is a sensitive area. Did you floss or brush too hard? If not, I would recommend making an appointment with your Dentist for a "limited exam with possible x-ray." If it is an infection, it needs to be treated because it can get into your ear canal or sinus cavities. Then you'll really be in pain.

sometimes it can be that it's still coming in, Mine have been coming in for 10 years! (no joke) Just little by little they take turns, and when it's their turn it gets really sore and red and it's just unbearable. I have been to the dentist and it has nothing to do with my gums or an infection. Your best bet would be to go to the dentist. More than likely they will tell you they need to pull it out. They all do.(the dentist)

You need to have it removed. I had all of my wisdom teeth removed. It's because it is still growing in but its best to have them removed so you won't have problems in the future with your teeth.
Click on the link below and it should explain it better to you.
