She is still young and u need to help her grow up in the right way . U can teach her how to be a good parent and how to be responsable in live and raise her kids ,show her how to be independent. Some helped u didn't they if not then u should want to help ur sister for sure. dat way her and her kids will have a good live and she wont get in to a bad marrage jus cause she needs someone to take care of her.

If your sister is unable to properly supervise her own children, then the best thing you can do for her and for her kids is to report her to your local child protective agency. Also, if she isn't contributing to the maintenance of your home, then she has no business staying there. You need to contact the authorities to come and take care of the children; and you need to tell your sister in no uncertain terms that her stay with you IS TEMPORARY and conditional upon her ability to conform to your expectations. If she gives you any attitude, tell her to get out. If she refuses, contact the authorities. They will make her leave. Once she is out of the house, place her items in storage and give her the bill for that storage; and be sure to change all the locks on your home.

First off...who heck let her have sex at that age? She's not even responsiblie enough to have children, let alone work for the children.
What does your mother say about all this? Your sister needs to grow up at a rather young age. My mom had my sister, my brother and I when she was 17. She was barely able to afford us when she had us. My sister and my brother died though and it was only me, but even still...she had the hardest time taking care of me.
Your sister needs some serious help.

What??? 15 with 2 kids man tell her if she's so growing up taking care of 2 kids she should raise them on her own.You didn't have them and if you don't want them in the house tell her that you just can't.you don't have room and if you do then say the truth you don't want kids in the house you don't want to be part of it.

TELL HER NO! who cares if she gets pissed at u! shes the one that opened her legs and chose 2 be an adult so now she has 2 act like one!! tell her 2 go get a job so she can pay 4 an apartment food clothes and babysitter! she needs 2 grow up!

Tell her to get a job and kick her out, it's your house/apartment. Also tell her to hit up the dady(s) for childsupport. She needs to get out into the world and deal with the choices she made.

she cant just volunteer her self to stay with you the rest of her life and yours you have your own place show her how to get her one its not that hard if she has kids trust me
