Well if you are asian your probably ok if her parents are around.
Ask her if shed like to meet you for coffee after work, or give her your number and ask her to give you a call. That way you will know if she likes you....shell call.
If you are not asian I wouldnt ask in front of her parents. Devious I know sorry. Smile be polite and friendly. Make her laugh . Girls like that. I doubt she gets an actual lunch hour at a family store maybe you could see if she has a day off. Ask her to a movie ....you dont have to talk at a movie...then go for a soda , coffe, or an ice cream sunday, and you have the movie to talk about. Good Luck

Ask for her number and when would be the best time to call her. Let her know that you are interested in more than friend ship/ Maybe a flower of some kind would be a nice jester.

Ask her a question about somthing in the store so you can have a second to ask her out to lunch or just coffee after work

ever heard of lunch? its a good time just ask her to join you for lunch its a easy 45 minutes and you can get to know each other and what you do after that is your business. good luck. If she don't have a lunch hour bring some lunch to her and say hey you want to have lunch with me I brought the lunch you got the table?

Write a note saying you'd like to be friends with her. Include your email address and your phone number. If interested, she'll get in touch with you. If she doesn't, forget about her and move on.
