Since the Bible instructs us to adhere to both SACRED TRADITION and SACRED SCRIPTURE ("Therefore, brothers, stand firm and hold fast to the traditions that you were taught, either by an oral statement or by a letter of ours." 2 Thess 2:15 - See also 1 Cor. 11:2) was the Bible born from TRADITION or was TRADITION born of the Bible?

Tradition was born from the WORD of GOD. The Word of God came before tradition because man came only after God decided to make man in His own image. Tradition first came in the Garden of Eden, when God told Adam and Eve to not eat form the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil.

That is a good question, must better than the trash a lot of people are asking.

I suppose a good arguement can be made for both ways.

The only comment I would have along the lines of answering you would be that "God's word is eternal and never changes, man changes, but God's word....and requirements do NOT change"

I know that isn't the answer you were looking for.
