i meant to say that my cat had been for a number 2 and had it all on his tail and backside.who in there right mind wants there pet walking round the house stinking it up

Yes unfortunately, i noticed that my cat was dragging his bum along the carpet and leaving skiddies (dirty boy) when i caught him he had a piece of sticky tape hanging out of his bum, i pulled it and it measured a good 7 inches. he has not eaten sticky tape since.

Yeah..this can be a problem for longer haired cats..and dogs too.Trim the fur on and around your cats behind and you'll prevent this from happening again.

I have once. It's not pleasant. It's better to wash it off than have it stained somewhere else around the house.

one of my cats stole the elastic from a roast and ate it few days later he was going daft in garden had to get gloves and pull lol

Friend has a Manx cat and has to do it frequently for some reason.
Gets you in practice for their old age!!

And trim the over-grown fur around it, so there would be a clean portal for...nevermind. It was rude and disgusting to do.
