Um, excuse me. i don't mind you asking and all, but she's my sister and i suggest you don't ask. MIley does have an e-mail account but it's set private( non-public view). If you would like to say something i'll try to get her the message for you, and in other case. go to disnrychannel.com and you can e-mail her. don't count on a response though because it's a channel e-mail. good luck though.
