She didn't have a great time usually means that you are not the person that she thinks of as "continuing dating" material. Do not be offended, not everyone is "right" for everyone else. Just keep dating until you find someone you are right for, who is right for you. At least she was honest, that's a plus on her side, rather than string you along for a few dates. Good luck to you!

It means she didn't have a great time. It does not mean that she doesn't like you. The only way to be sur eof that one is to ask her out on a second date. If she goes, then she likes you and you had better make it a better date than the first time.
