AND I MADE THIS FAT B-I-T-C-H CRY TODAY. I TOLD HER TO LOSE WEIGHT OR SHE WOULD BE FIRED. WE WERE ALSO TIRED OF PAYING HER MEDICAL BENEFITS, AND ARE SICK OF HER LAZINESS. I ALSO TOLD HER SHE SMELLS LIKE ROTTEN, USED DIAPERS AND THAT SHE NEEDS TO TAKE SHOWERS, AND SHE NEEDS TO LEARN HOW TO DRESS AS SHE WEARS SKIN TIGHT CLOTHES AND HER FAT GUT STICKS OUT AND MAKE PEOPLE SICK. AFTER ALL THIS SHE STARTS CRYING (THE BLUBBERING WAS THE WORST), SO I KICKED HER OUT OF MY OFFICE. ON THE PLUS SIDE, I GOT TO HIGH FIVE ALL MY BUDDIES ABOUT IT, WE HAD A GREAT LAUGH. NOW AS HR DIRECTOR, SHOULD I JUST FIRE HER NOW OR LATER???

Nice, I wish I could have your job. I think you actually helped her out, you gave her a reality check. Just keep her around for a while and keep having laughs then fire the fat *********.LMAO.

If this is true,I think there is a very good possibility you may get fired if she complains, or files a harassment and discrimination case against you. As the HR director, you should have more tact... are her benefits really coming out of your own personal bank account... probably not!

You want to keep her around if you can put up with the odor. You can always get her to cry again if you remind her of "the talk you had about her poor hygiene and protruding girth", especially if you do it loudly and in public.

Since being overweight isn't a protected class of employee have fun with it while you can. But remember, she's protected if she turns 40 or has any disabilities, so you should begin writing her up for her unacceptable displays of "skin". As you ask her to sign it you can get more tears by reminding her that the policy was designed for the young girls with low riding pants but since it applies to her you have no choice out of fairness to everyone else.

But don't refer to her as a B-I-T-C-H; that can be harrassment or discrimination.

Why don't you wait a little while and see if your comments made her depressed enough to loose the weight. After she looses the weight she will then be able to reach those hard to wash places and smell a little better. Then when she has lost the weight and smells as good as new...then you fire her. Element of surprise. Just kidding people....it's a joke.

That's terrible. Haven't you heard of tactfulness? You sound like a horrible HR director. Oh BTW - it's illegal to fire someone for being fat. Hope your ready for a lawsuit. I would sue your company in a heartbeat.

I'm guessing you need to get a real job instead on hanging all over Yahoo questions trying to convince someone you have the brains to punch a time clock, much less be a HR director.
Pathetic pig. On the other hand, I hope it is true and she sues your pathetic *** and that of your company.

Hello, and thank you for reading this
letter. You see, there is a starving little boy in Baklaliviatatlaglooshen who has no arms, no legs, no parents, and no goats. This little boy's life could be saved, because for every time you pass this on, a dollar will be donated to the Little Starving Legless Armless Goatless Boy from Baklaliviatatlaglooshen Fund

Don't fire her sent her to a clinic that can help her. After that, fire your self.
If what you said is true you do not have the personality to be a human resources director.

OK, first of all you do not work in HR. If you did then you would know all the employment laws, which you just broke about all of them. But to humor you, I wouldn't fire her because if you did you would have a huge lawsuit on your hands.

I would tell you that you are not a hr manager because you have violated many laws and have cost your firm millions of dollars in lawsuits along with getting yourself fired.
