If you wish to help children who are terminally ill, you may like to contact The Macmillan Foundation at http://www.macmillan.org.uk/ In caring for children who have inoperable cancers, I believe you will find that the Foundation will welcome anyone who wishes to help. This may take the form of regular visits to the children - especially those who sadly may not see many visitors - or help with fund-raising, etc.
The Foundation however will not consider any research basis for your communication with them - their primary role is care for their patients, not to assist outsiders in any research project. Your question is not well put, hence this last paragraph.
