The lemon juice will come out. If you are asking if the highlights will come out then "no". Bleaching your hair is permanent. You'd have to apply a color on top of the bleached portion to 'fix' any mistakes.

The lemon juice will come out with Shampoo, the acid in the lemon is what turns the hair colors, and your hair will get darker once the summer is over, when ever you use lemon juice on your hair you'll need sunlight, or it won't work.

the lemon juice will come out in the shower but the highlights will stay in untill it grows out or dye over it

ya it comes out liek if you take a shower after the lemon juice will come out.
