Dude said that if you have an issue with authority you are siding with Satan and that God set up authority for your protection.
He also said that if you ever go out from under the umbrella of authority and disobey those whom God has put over you then you are basically being like Lucifer.
Do you agree with that?
Do you agree that the heirarchical structure of our society was set up by God for your protection and any time you disagree with your superiors you are wrong?

The recognition of authority is the cause of all the worlds major problems.
If there were such things as gods and demons, authority would be the work of a demon, not a god.

I'm not familiar with Ed Young.. but he soundslike a typical shortsighted fanatic. He says obey authority now, but what happens if *gasp* a liberal was ever elected president? Or if the unimaginable happened and godless communists ever took over the country? I'm betting his "obey authority" doctrine would undergo some major revision.

Jesus did not agree with certain authority, so Ed Young is wrong. What matters is the message and the truth of that message.

Yes it is in the bible....it just means don't break the law because justice in courts exists on this planet for a reason...if this was not ordained by God there would probably be chaos...am I not correct?

God left the authories in their relative positions to help maintain order on earth - that does not mean they should not be questioned or changed if need be

Hey there, I used to go to his church in Texas...it is a huge church. I really like how he preaches...and see, it made you watch. And yes, everything was created by God. =)
