You can go to Bhutan for Visit, it is a nice palce to spend with family even as a lonely. If you are interested contact yaktravel@druknet.bt for Visa and flight reservation and tour booking. Once you visit that place you will never forget you 15th birthday. I have spend i week there with my partner. So please go ahead.

Seriously, it would be fun to just have your friens over for a cook out with some games and music. Maybe you can go to some local roller rink or park or something with your friends.
