OMG have you lost your mind? If someone is pecking on your window and you see something staring at you in your sleep you might want to call the authorities... you either have a peeping tom or your ex is stalking you... close your curtains and pray for the moran to get a real life.

If they are just watching you I wouldn't be too alarmed. They may just be watching and protecting you. Could be 'dead relatives' like you said. But if you are getting bad vibes from them or think they are trying to harm you, you should sprinkle some holy water around the perimeter of your room (salt water with three pinches of salt, stirred three times clock-wise-- then ask whatever higher power you believe in to bless it).
The fact that you can see spirits is an amazing gift, so don't be afraid of it. There are 'good' spirits and 'bad' ones, you just learn how to sift out the bad ones.

most night time occurrences are related to sleep paralysis and hypnagogic state
this is when chemicals are released to your body to prevent you acting out your dreams
when you are awakened or have not fully fallen asleep its possible that you feel the effects of this chemical and this can really confuse the mind into believing that the hallucinations are real
this is usually the case when people report demons and such

Your dead relative is dead. Resting in the grave. If you see your dead relative, it is a demon impersonating your dead relative. All spirits, poltergeists, ghosts, etc are demons. Doesn't anyone read the Bible?

Because of the Holy Spirit inside of you you can command spirits because Christ did. You can banish them in Christ's name. Don't give in to fear or doubt, but remember that your God is with you.

It may mean that you are close to death, so I would look into Church, read a bibile, pray to Jesus, something to save your soul.
