Yes! The definition of heretic by the Roman Catholic church is anyone who does not believe as they do. They state that all heretics should be killed.

heretic would mean I disregard some religous principle which I do on a daily basis but i don't believe in religious principles so I am not a heretic , yeah I figured that one out yeah that was fun exercise for the mind yeah real good (just kidding that took lik a nanosecond)
