Mmm ... my favourite! It's a shot, containing 1/3 oz Kahlua (bottom layer),1/3 oz Bailey's Irish Cream (middle layer) and 1/3 oz Grand Marnier (top layer). You can do a "cheap" version using Tia Maria, Carolan's Creme Liqueur and Triple Sec, too, but it doesn't taste nearly as nice!

B-52 (THE ORIGINAL)
1/2 oz. Kahlua
1/2 oz. Bailey's Irish Cream
1/2 oz. Cointreau
Gently poor the liqueurs over a table spoon into a shot glass, (layers) so that they won't mix. Start with Kahlua, then Bailey's and Cointreau last.

Combine in a mixing glass with ice. Swirl ingredients gently and strain into a rocks glass either straight up, (no ice and drunk as a shot) or on the rocks (the glass is filled with ice).
