I don't recommend yogurt because I haven't found a brand that doesn't contain a lot of sugar/organic evaporated cane juice. If there were some that used more nutritionally friendly sweeteners like agave nectar or brown rice syrup they'd be fine, but non-dairy yogurts are going to be your best option. No worries about saturated fat, cholesterol, or whether or not the cows were treated humanely (and they almost always aren't). Silk makes a great soy-yogurt in a variety of flavours that's indistinguishable from what you may be used to. The most recent trend among yogurts made from cow's milk is substituting artificial sweeteners for the sugar but I can't recommend that either, given the controversy surrounding their ingestion. Often, the belief that you can "have your cake and eat it too" (or in this case, taste the sugar without the calories) is just a fantasy. You may reap the negative health consequences in another way.

It all depends on your diet. If you are counting fat grams eat non-fat. If you are counting carbs eat light.
