I wore braces when I was a professional manager in my mid 20's. My orthodontist inserted colored plastic between the metal braces as a test to see what I wanted. I can tell you that EVERYONE acted as though I was CRAZY to get colors. I would suggest sticking with plain metal as they are easier to hide, clean, and easy to replace if they break.

Being a parent and just paying $5,000 for a set of metal braces....I would personally go with the most economical ones....they were it around here. Good luck.

i had braces a few years ago, i changed my colors every visit at the start, but eventually i stuck with one color
so my advice to you is to try on a few different colors first, start with your favorite color then try others

I like girlie colors...pinks, purples, etc...although remember no matter what color you are wearing, the colors you choose for your braces will still be there (to match or clash)...have fun with it though!

If I knew how old you are it would be easier to answer. When my daughter first got hers she would change the color every office visit...now she has gotten tired of that and just has clear bands so they don't show up as much.
