The official language of the US is English. So, um, what's the problem?

They no their in America asswipe, maybe they are sick of their own people not trying to assimilate and learning the language of the land. Business in conducted in English, they probably speak Spanish when the get home, which is proper way to conduct them selves, it sounds like they have class good for them.

Legal doesn't mean much inthe USA anymore. If you are making money, that's all that matters.
By Mexicans I assume you mean illegal Immigrants. Not legal.
If these folks are here on good paper/Visas and the like, it could be legal.
But it's not likely. Americans want those jobs ...and need them. As you invest, keep this in mind.

I certainly hope so. In America the language is English, not Spanish, not Chinese, or not wherever you CAME FROM. If you want to work here, work in English. Employers may pretty much damand whatever they want from an employee, as long as it does not break a law.
