i have to keepmy butt but i also want a flat stomach

If your butt is perfect then its not going to hurt it by doing crunches or holding your legs up while lying on your back. I mean if your already tonned and shaped your butt it wont change. Try doing crunches or the leg thingy. All you have to do is hold your legs straight infront of you while lying on your back. They should be lifted about 2 inchs or what ever is comfy for you. Good luck on looseing that tummy.

Some belly fat can never be lossed. You may always have that bulge. Stomach fat can come from a variety of causes: stress, genetics, ets. If you drink alot of alcohol it is hard to burn that off. From what I hear it also reaks havoc on your metabolism and endurance. Cut down on the alcohol as a possible solution. Other than that eat right and exercise and be happy with what you got.

You sound a little obsessive, why don't you find a way to help others or do some good in the world instead of worrying about your perfect body . As soon as you have some kids it'll most likely be kaput anyway.

Do sit-UPS up on the ball...do you know what I'm talking about. Those huge rubber balls you can work out on? They centralize and focus on your target areas a lot more then just doing mat exercises. Also, after you do the sit-ups on the ball do a few squats with 10lbs weights on resting on your thighs. Helps keep the gluts in shape and you won't loose them

Do crunches, sit ups, pull ups, run, jumping jacks,work on a nautalist machine, eat healthy> fruits, veggies at every meal instead of sweets. If you like sugary snacks-trade them in for some fruit and yogurt or whipped cream(get dairy out of it). Drink lots of water to keep your body nurished-If you notice how much your grouchyness occurs, everything I suggested will help. :) Good luck

No one is perfect. You should thank God that you're healthy and have all your limbs rather than complaining about having a stomach that sticks out. I'm sure there are millions of people who would give their all to have your "problem".

agreed. what in the world is your question? are you trying to tell as many people as you can that you think you have an almost perfect body? or are you asking for advice as how to get rid of your flab? if you have a flab problem, why did you bring up the other parts that are "perfect" in the first place? are you trying to get other people to marvel in awe at how almost perfect you are? well if you're trying to get rid of flab, do crunches and sit ups. its not that difficult.

I'm gonna have to examine you hands on - but till then can i say you need to start with posture then diet followed by excercise, each individual has their own needs and limits so experiment a bit with what i said, then by all means come and see me for that all important hands on check up (whoopee).
