A one time-use camrer you can get at ASDA for only £2.67, but Argos look cheap. I got my digital camer from Argos. It was £39.99, and now £34.99. It's 4 million pixals, and 8X zoom, and it does vid clips. I love it!

ALL cameras are photographer's cameras. I
f you mean a camera that will take professional quality images, then you need to do some research on what features you need.
Once you have that information, THEN make a list of possible makes and models. Then follow the rest of the advice, here.
If your budget does not cover the prices you see, you will have to set your sights a little lower. Remember, if you are looking for a digital camera, the cheapest models will not do a good job of producing images good enough for larger prints.
Good luck and happy hunting.
