I have braces and yes I do chew gum, as long it is sugar free you can chew it. I use it like wax when they forget to cut the wire in the back of your mouth and you get flavor at the same time. That works for me.

i'm going 2 get braces on the 8-14-06 ...yea u could chew gum but it has 2 be surgar free and can u only can chew a small amount at a time..peace out

Yes and Yes, just have to keep the gum from getting stuck to your braces. if you dont, its a pain getting it out.

I used to and no-it can rot in your braces and break them. DON'T CHEW GUM!!!!!!

I dont have braces but i do have invisalgin. They dont work :(
